Our Story

We believe in an integrative approach to mental health care. We enjoy offering you the option to incorporate various experiential therapies, such as mindfulness and meditation practices, therapeutic art activities, expressive writing, and play therapy techniques into our work together when you are interested for yourself or your child.

Some of our specialties include therapy for OCD and associated anxiety disorders; trauma and EMDR therapy; child and adolescent therapy; disordered eating; support during perinatal/postpartum challenges; and help navigating for family or other relationship issues.

We know that taking that first step to reach out to a therapist is not easy, but we want to do our part to make the process as easy as possible for you. We look forward to hearing from you and getting you set up with the support you’ve been seeking.
