If you are considering therapy, I understand that you have likely been experiencing difficulties and uncertainty as to where to turn. You may have lost your sense of joy. However, the fact that you are reading this means that you have the courage to consider facing the tough issues in your life and changing behaviors that may no longer be serving you. If you have this courage then there is hope.

I strongly believe that a positive and collaborative therapeutic relationship is key to healing. You already have a unique set of strengths, but because of the challenges you may be experiencing, you may have lost sight of them. My role is to remind you of the strengths you already possess and help you find creative ways to use these strengths to overcome adversity.
