I specialize in working with teens & young adults for anxiety and depression-related issues, employing CBT, exposure therapy, and depth psychology (to address the root causes of our problems). As a trauma-informed therapist, I provide a safe, non-judgmental place for you to share and heal; nothing is off limits, shame stays at the door, and all are welcome.
