Madeline Hahn, MS, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
I support individuals who feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or emotional pain to reconnect with their inner strength and create a life rooted in purpose and meaning. My passion is helping those navigating trauma, anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), depression, and general life changes break free from unhelpful patterns and move toward what truly matters to them. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and parts work.
In our work together, we’ll focus on creating harmony within your inner world, uncovering your core values, cultivating self-compassion, and building the resilience needed to pursue a meaningful life—even in the face of challenges.
I believe healing begins with self-understanding and kindness. By gently working through anxious thoughts, fear, or past experiences, I aim to help you navigate discomfort, foster acceptance, and gain the clarity and confidence to move forward with intention. Healing is possible—and together, we can begin the work of making that your reality.
