  • Britt Lupo, MS, Associate Professional Clinical Counselor

I view therapy as a collaborative process and strongly believe that you are the expert of your own life. What I can do is help to guide, introduce healthy coping skills, help you challenge any negative thinking patterns, and create a safe place for you to process traumatic life experiences. As a therapist, I take a client-centered approach and strongly believe in meeting you where you are.

I have experience providing mental health services in a variety of settings (schools, hospitals, private practice) to clients of all ages. My areas of experience and focus include anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), grief and loss, life transitions, gender identity issues, chronic illness/ pain and substance use disorders.

If you feel that your mental health is suffering please do not hesitate to seek help. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness. Our mental health is just as important as our physical well-being and should be treated as such. Recovery and healing is possible.

Currently providing full-time telehealth (online and/or phone) therapy. Contact me to get started from the comfort of your own home.
