This group, hosted by Lisa Kirkland, AMFT, supports those who are struggling after the birth of their baby due to a difficult or traumatic childbirth experience. This realization may come weeks, months, or years after the birth of your baby. Here you can feel supported by others with similar experiences. We’ll explore some of the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are common after a traumatic birth. You’ll learn new coping skills, so you can get back to feeling like yourself again.
This group meets once monthly on Tuesdays from 6-6:45 pm. We ask for a member contribution of $30 per group, or pay what you can.
