This is a weekly online skills-based therapy group for adults run by our therapist, Britt Lupo, APCC. Meetings are structured in a small, closed group format capped at a maximum of 8 members to allow everyone plenty of time to participate.
A major focus of this group is mindfulness: Being in the “here-and-now moment” rather than being caught up in the past or worrying about the future. Members will learn various mindfulness techniques including guided meditations, grounding tools, and healthy coping skills for anxiety with the intention of focusing on the present moment.
Groups meet weekly on Thursdays from 6:00- 7:00 pm in our confidential client Zoom Meeting Room (HIPAA compliant). Session cost is $50 per group. Please message us for sign-up details.
